I get asked a lot: "what actually is Belief Coding®?" So here's my honest answer.

Your subconscious has been making decisions for you since childhood.

When I work with you using Belief Coding®, I'm not asking you to think differently or try harder. I'm going directly to the source, the subconscious belief that got installed when you were young and has been running your life ever since.

You don't need to relive anything. You don't need to explain your whole history. I just need you to show up. The process does the rest.

This is a certified, trademarked method created by Jessica Cunningham (BCCR Ltd). It's not a blend of other things. It's its own methodology — and it works.

Each session is unique to you and what comes up. Some things I can tell you: you won't need to relive trauma, you'll be fully conscious throughout, and most clients describe the experience as profound but surprisingly gentle. The shifts are real — and they happen fast.

Why it works

1. It works at subconscious level. Logic, willpower, and positive thinking work on the conscious mind. But your self-sabotage lives in the subconscious. Belief Coding® goes there — which is why it creates change that sticks.
2. It's backed by neuroscience. EEG research shows activity across up to 32 brain regions during a Belief Coding® session. This isn't anecdote. The brain is genuinely changing.
3. You don't need to talk about everything. Trauma doesn't need to be verbalised to be released. You won't be asked to explain or justify. You just need to be present.
4. The results compound. One belief shifts and everything built on top of it shifts too. Clients often notice changes in areas of their life they weren't even trying to work on.
